Ehron Baskin, NCIDQ, IIDA

Eagle, ID
Senior Interior Designer

A native of California’s Central Coast, Ehron grew up in Santa Barbara, inspired by her mother’s creative sense of style. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Environmental Factors from California State University, Long Beach in 1991, she remained in Orange County to begin her career with several well-respected interior design firms. It was there that she gained valuable experience in model home design, commercial interiors, and international project management. Her skills were sharpened through the oversight of numerous U.S.-based projects executed overseas, particularly in Thailand.

Ehron joined Design Collaborative in 1999, bringing a well-rounded background in interior design. Over time, she discovered a passion for residential remodels, new construction, and hospitality design, while continuing to work on commercial projects. Her collaborations with national homebuilders have earned her multiple MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) awards.

In 2021, Ehron and her family relocated to Eagle, Idaho, where she expanded the Design Collaborative brand to the Pacific Northwest while continuing to serve her long-standing clients on California’s Central Coast.

Ehron earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a focus on Environmental Factors in 1991 and achieved her NCIDQ Certification in 2007. She remains committed to staying current in the industry by regularly attending trade shows and product training seminars focused on cutting-edge design. Ehron values a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and trade professionals to fully understand each project’s goals. Her mission is to deliver results that not only meet expectations but reflect the unique character and vision of every client.

When she’s not at the office, Ehron is likely at a baseball stadium with her husband, cheering on their two sons who play collegiate baseball. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs or unwinding with yoga — always in search of a little Zen.
